6. General Project Description:
Dock and stairway reconstruction at 160 Lake Elizabeth Drive. The existing 5 x 16 foot wood dock is
proposed to be replaced with an aluminum dock with cedar plank decking. The proposed dock will be
reduced to 4 feet wide and maintain the existing length of 16 feet. The stairway will be replaced in the
same footprint with non-CCA lumber or PVC material, such as Azek.
