Robert C Hower Trustee 129 Salten Point Road Realty Trust, 129 Salten Point Road, Barnstable, MA 02630, Map 280/Parcel 22. The applicant ’s request is to address repair work already completed on the revetment cap which was in need of emergent repair. WWC and Harbormaster staff were in approval of this project. 2. (#11) Babcock Holdings, LLC, 11 Marchant Avenue, Hyannis, MA 02601, Map 298/Parcel 02601 (#27) Cape Beach House, LLC, 27 Marchant Avenue, Hyannis, MA 02601, Map 286/Parcel 025. The applicants propose to construct a revetment connecon between exisng adjacent structures, and to replace exisng stairway and plaorm on 11 Marchant Avenue WWC and Harbormaster staff approved this project. 3. Price, Kevin and Schlackman, Sarah, 46 Holly Point Road, Centerville, MA 02632, Map 233/Parcel 38. The applicants propose to replace and exisng float with a fixed, but seasonal aluminum dock in three 4’X 10’ secons which will extend 24 feet beyond OHW. The first secon will incorporate access stairs for public access along the shoreline above OHW (Ordinary High Water). The first two secons will extend out 15 feet to reach the desired water depth; the third secon will be placed in a “T” formaon at the end which is 40 square feet. The seasonal secons will be removed and stored on the applicants’ upland property. This project was approved by the WWC and Harbormaster staff. 4. Cowan, David and Cynthia, Cowan Family Revocable Trust, 79 Seventh Avenue, Hyannis, MA 02647, Map 246/Parcel 150. The applicants propose to build a 24’ elevated walk way to the outer edge of the marsh; just 4 feet beyond MHW (mean high water). WWC and Harbormaster staff approved this project. 5. Sidman, Lori, Trustee, 185 Ocean View Avenue, Cotuit, MA 02635, Map 033/Parcel 016. The applicant proposes to repair, maintain and relocate pier head and boat lis. Due to shoreline accreon, pier lis will be adjusted 25 feet seaward; the pier will extend 60 feet from Mean High Water. (Connued from February 28, 2023 and April 25, 2023) This NOI was deferred ll next month’s meeng.
