vendors: (1) Blue Moon of Barnstable providing chicken, steak and veggie tacos, and
(2) Karribean Lounge of Hyannis providing rice, curried chicken, vegetables, stewed
pork, fish, fried chicken, soup, and beef patties.
B. Jessica Rudden-Dube is coordinating the Cotuit Library Cornhole Fundraiser at the
Cotuit Library, 871 Main Street, Cotuit, Map/Parcel 035-055, on Friday, July 14 at
4:30-7:30 pm with a rain date of Sunday, July 16th. Jason Siscoe will be providing the
following food items: clam chowder, pasta salad, grilled chicken, potato chips, and
Italian Sausages.

We are seeking a variance from the restrictions in the regulation Article XV Protection of Salt Water Estuaries,15.203 System
Sewage Flow Design Criteria, 15.204 septic and grease trap flow limiting the number of outdoor seats that will be permitted
for our restaurant. We have had outdoor and indoor seating on the property since we opened in 1973. Our certificate of
inspection from the building department allows for 39 indoor and 46 outdoor seats (on the deck). Our outdoor seating
application for food service requested 26 indoor seats, and 52 outdoor seats (between the deck and the patio). We are a
seasonal tennis club business open May through October each year. Our restaurant (for which we are seeking this outdoor
seating permit) is only open 3 nights a week from 4-9pm between June and October. There are little to no dishes that need to
be washed. All of the plates and silverware used are paper goods.

contained in 310 CMR 15.000, the State Environmental Code,
Title 5; all other laws and regulations of the State and the Town
of Barnstable.
I realize that non-compliance with the above paragraphs could
result in the suspension or revocation of my Disposal System
