We received an email today from Mr. Bob Schulte re: Park City Wind Zoom meeting scheduled for Tuesday, 11 July 2023. Given the very short notice from Avangrid to the public about the zoom meeting, is it possible to move the 11 July date to a later one please? Likewise, only a very few people in town (14 people) were informed by Avangrid, which is quite concerning, as you can understand. We the people would like to be heard and more people would be able to participate if given a longer lead time for the meeting. Please see Mr. Schulte’s email below for details. Your kind help with rescheduling this meeting would be much appreciated. Thank you. At the May Avangrid presentation, Patrick told those in attendance that the public would be given plenty of notice in advance of the Conservation Committee's hearing. I would hardly call an email to 14 people sent 3 business days before the 7/11 meeting as adequate notice! I called Patrick out on this at last night's Avangrid presentation at the Centerville library and asked Avangrid to request the agenda item be moved to the next Conservation Committee meeting so that the public could be provided notice and be prepared. Patrick and Ken Kimmell both responded that they acknowledged my comments but made no indication they would do anything:( This is a blatant attempt to slide this by and get the Conservation Committee's approval with little or no public comment or awareness. - Bob ---------- Forwarded message --------- From: JOHNSON, PATRICK <patrick.johnson@avangrid.com> Date: Thu, Jul 6, 2023 at 12:20 PM Subject: Scheduled Park City Wind Meeting Before the Barnstable Conservation Commission To: rjwenger@aol.com <rjwenger@aol.com>, Bob Schulte <bob.a.schulte@gmail.com>, Molly Sproul <msproul@comcast.net>, Dominick Gautrau <dgautrau@aol.com>, Deborah Growitz <dgrowitz@gmail.com>, Chuck Tuttle <chuck@chucktuttlehomes.com>, Susan <srohrbach@comcast.net>, CDK email <info@cdkhouse.com>, info@1856countrystore.com <info@1856countrystore.com>, Centerville Civic Association <info@centervillecivic.ccsend.com> Cc: precinct4nja@gmail.com <precinct4nja@gmail.com>, TADROS, STEVEN <steven.tadros@avangrid.com>, Eric R.
