Here is the mitigation breakdown you requested.
As you can see, the total increase in hardscape in the 0-50’ buffer is ±784 sf, of which 770 is inside the
existing retaining wall at the south end of the house.
The increase in hardscape in the 50-100’ buffer is ±50 sf.
This means the total mitigation requirement is ±3,508; ±3,136 for work in the 0-50 and ±372 for work in
the 50-100. Mitigation provided is ±3,566 sf; slightly in excess of the required amount.
