First I wanted to menon that the engineer has requested a connuance for this hearing unl Aug 1st. As far as enforcement of the building envelope/ deed restricon, this is not a Conservaon jurisdicon maer. The Commission can only raise the queson at the hearing, why do they feel the system does not count as new building acviy. I did copy the project engineer, Dan Ojala on this email, hopefully he can give us some insight into this. We will place your email into the comment secon of the meeng materials, so the Commission is at least aware of your queson. If I am reading this plan correctly, the NE corner of the septic system is only 14'8" from the property line. As the abutting neighbor on the other side of this property line (and subject to the same 20' restriction) I request that this deed restriction be confirmed and enforced. Please advise as to how I might proceed.
