I am not aware of any regulaon prevenng the review of this NOI as far as the Conservaon Commission is concerned. A connuance could be requested by the applicant aer the hearing has opened if necessary. The only other opon is that you sign a waiver form. We do however need a PDF version of the NOI, not a link. Please see the requirements for filing a NOI on our website. Updated filing procedures for 2022 and the updated Submission checklist. An electronic version of the complete filing can be downloaded at the link below, and hard copies along with full-size plans are being sent via Fed-Ex today. hps://epsilon.sharefile.com/d-s6db386d3171147948bdb8c36086af54e The Proponent will be subming a Development of Regional Impact (DRI) applicaon to the Cape Cod Commission this Spring. We understand the Barnstable Conservaon Commission will not be able to proceed with review of the NOI or issuance of an Order of Condions unl the Cape Cod Commission has completed its review, but we are subming this NOI now to enable MassDEP to issue a file number so that agency’s review of the Project may proceed. We are commied to connued work with Massachuses, BOEM, tribal, local, and regional officials, fishermen, and other stakeholders to maximize the benefits of this unique, mely, and important project.
