Dear Mr. Chair and Members of the Board,
On behalf of my client, Arista Hyannis, LLC, the applicant in the above matter seeking a
special permit from the Zoning Board of Appeals for a proposed drive-through window, I am
writing to request that the public hearing, presently scheduled for July 26,2023, be continued to
the September 13, 2023 agenda. The transportation peer review of the drive through has
commenced and additional time is needed to complete the review. The requested continuance
date of September 13th has also been coordinated with the peer reviewer.
