RE: NOTIFICATION OF WETLANDS PROTECTION ACT FILE NUMBER
The Department of Environmental Protection has received a Notice of Intent filed in accordance with the
Wetlands Protection Act (M.G.L. c. 131, §40):
Applicant GEORGE HASEOTES
Address 2 WALNUT STREET,HALIFAX
MA
Locus
309 LONG BEACH ROAD
(CENTERVILLE) ,
BARNSTABLE MA
Owner
Address
This project has been assigned the following file # : SE 003-6112
ISSUANCE OF A FILE NUMBER INDICATES ONLY COMPLETENESS OF SUBMITTAL, NOT
APPROVAL OF APPLICATION
Although a file # is being issued, please note the following:
The project is proposed within a velocity zone and coastal dune. In the interest of flood control and storm
damage prevention, a loose material such as crushed shell or gravel should be considered for the driveway.
While permeable pavers do allow water to permeate, they do not slow down the velocity of floodwater as a
vegetated lawn or gravel would.

for MassDEP,
