On page 43 of the Notice of Intent (NOI), Section 4.2.2.2 Centerville River Crossing, it states that an existing four-inch gas main on the west side of the Centerville River bridge may
conflict with the proposed microtunnel installation operation and it might have to be relocated prior to the execution of the microtunnel.
I have the following questions:
Please expand and elaborate on what the relocation process will involve?
What potential dangers/risks does the relocation process present?
Describe what safety measures will be taken?
Who will bear the costs of the relocation process?
