Agreement to Extend Time Limits
Under Sections 112-31.K.of the
Hyannis Main Street Waterfront Historic District Ordinance
Section 112-31.K.states:
“If the Commission fails to make a determination through issuance of a certificate of appropriateness or a
disapproval within the time period specified in Subsection E (45 days),or within such further time as the
applicant may allow in writing,the Commission shall thereupon issue a certificate of hardship due to failure to
act.”
The Applicant hereby agrees that the time for the Commission to make a determination on the
application is extended until June 1st,2024 .
In executing this agreement,the applicant hereto specifically waives any claim for a grant of a certificate of
appropriateness,certificate of hardship,or certificate of nonapplicability due to failure to act based upon time
limits applicable prior to the execution of this agreement.
