Thank you From: robertamauch [mailto:robertamauch@comcast.net] Sent: Monday, September 4, 2023 8:53 AM To: Karle, Darcy Subject: 35 Scudder Twin Brooks Conservation Ms Darcy Karle, please forward my email to all members of the Conservatiin Commission The Conservation Division is responsible for the protection of Barnstable's wetlands and shorelines, in concert with the Conservation Commission. In addition, the Division manages Barnstable's conservation areas for passive recreation and resource protection purposes. This property is currently our last open recreation space in Hyannis open to the public. It is an essential migratory wildlife corridor that must remain intact as open space and be protected for the good of our town. Regrettably this builder's intent for a high density development with a long history of complaints and violations does NOT share our town's vision for conservation. Otherwise they would not be proposing to annihilate over 500 trees and cram this complex between Joshua's Creek and Stewart's Creek. Hoping that my town has the wisdom and fortitude to say NO to the destruction of Twin Brooks by Queterra. Thank you for not supporting this project.
