Intent applica on and should be included with the materials that are being provided to the members of the Conserva on
Commission.
Included are the following items:

30, 2023);
Landscape Restora on Details for 2 Short Beach Road, Centerville (Prepared by Saratoga Associates and dated June
30, 2023);
Pre- and Post Construc on Visual Simula ons of 2 Short Beach Road, Centerville (Undated Figures 1 through 4
prepared by Saratoga Associates).
Please let me know if you require any hardcopies of these plans and figures prior to the con nued hearing on August 8.
