THE MIXTURE OF COBBLES, COIR FIBER, COMPOST AND COMPATIBLE SEDIMENT WILL BE ENCASED IN TWO LAYERS OF 700-GRAM COIR FABRIC AND ONE LAYER OF 20 OZ JUTE-BURLAP.
