Dear Members of the Board:
This office represents Ernest J. Jaxtimer with request to Appeal No. 2023-014- Jaxtimer.
The Applicant respectfully requests a continuance of public hearing, scheduled for your
September 13th, 2023. This request is being made as the Applicants have been in
continued communications with the Building Commissioner regarding the issues raised in
the Building Commissioner’s Order, from which the pending appeal was taken.
Additional time is necessary to complete those discussions, which may have an impact on
this appeal.
The Building Commissioner has indicated to our office that he has no objection to a
further continuance request.
As a result, the Applicant would request that the matter be continued until your
November 8th, 2023, meeting agenda.
