In light of there not being a full board tonight, I am requesting that the two Capetown Plaza, LLC matters (2023-021 and
2023-022) be continued to the next hearing ZBA date, September 27, 2023, which we understand will be via Zoom.
Please let us know if you need anything more formal to request the continuance (i.e., do you want me to send a letter or
will this email suffice?).
