Apparently I didn't make it clear what I needed when
I spoke to you by phone the other day concerning Family
Entertainment Center, Inc. (1973-45) .
What I want is the Minutes of the meeting where the
application was reviewed and acted upon. It occurs to me
that there may have been more than one Appeals meeting
where this application was discussed. In that instance, I
would like to have the Minutes of any meetings where this
application was discussed, considered and ultimately voted
upon.

Gentlemen:
We have been furnished a copy of the legal notice for
Appeal No. 1.973-45, June 1, 1973 regarding your application for Fam-
ily Entertainment Center, Inc. This enterprise would apparently
propose the use of "some coin operated machines in Capetown Shop-
ping Center. " The language would appear to be excessively broad
in scope and would appear to open a Pandora's box in what is already
a very crowded section of the Village.
We believe any coin machine enterprise would deteriorate
the commercial area and would result in continued dimunition of social
and economic values.
We would wish to go on record as being very seriously
opposed to the granting of an appeal for such an enterprise.
