This email, and the attachment hereto is being sent to Darcy Karle as the Conservation Administrator.
Copies are also being sent to six members of the commission. At this time I do not have the email
address for the most recent addition to the commission. In that the selected and somewhat limited
recitation of questions posed by commission members as well as about twelve members of the
Centerville Civic Association during the August 8 hearing, the responses to those questions as
submitted by representatives of Avangrid, even though they were dated on August 25, were not
circulated to the entire commission, nor where they circulated to the Civic Association or to their
representatives until on or about September 1st. In that I had prior plans to be away from the Cape
for the Labor Day weekend, I was not able to complete my responses to those questions or to respond
to Avangrid's answers within the "8 hour deadline". Copies of these responses and comments are
being sent to some of the Avangrid representatives, and to other selected individuals within the
greater Barnstable Community who have expressed great and critical concerns and interest in the
pending application.
These Comments are to be included with the entire file associated with this application with specific
attention to the what issues are covered this evening, granting full access to all persons who log in to
present their concerns.
