Dear Board Members,
On behalf of Arista Hyannis, LLC ("Arista"), my client and the applicant in the above
matter, I am writing to request that the ZoningBoard of Appeals continue the public hearing
presently scheduled for October 1I,2023. As the Board is aware, a peer review of the
iransponation assessment is underway, and we recently received preliminary comments from the
Town's Peer Reviewer requesting additional information and clarifications. Arista's
transportation engineer is in the process of responding to the request this week. Accordingly,
additional time is needed to complete the peer review process before reconvening the public
hearing. To that end, we request that the hearing be continued to the November 8r2023 Zoning
goard of Appeals' hearing date, which we understand will be via Zoom. We expect that the peer
review process should be complete by that date.
