As an abutter within 100 feet of a proposed project, please be advised that a NOTICE OF INTENT
application has been filed with the Barnstable Conservation Commission.
APPLICANT: Stephen and Christine Fournier
PROJECT ADDRESS OR LOCATION: 0 Bridges St - Osterville
ASSESSOR’S MAP & PARCEL: MAP PARCEL
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Best Management Practices for the removal of invasive
plant species found on this property according to the Barnstable Wetland Regulation. The
eradication, maintenance, and replanting shall be planned, initiated, and completed. The
various areas of specific invasive species management shall be re-vegetated with a
specific list of native replacement vegetation after completion of invasive species
eradication. A path through the existing vegetation shall also be constructed with sand
leading to a sitting/viewing area with anchored chairs and a an in-ground firepit.
