Dear Members of the Board:
This office represents Ernest J. Jaxtimer with request to Appeal No. 2023-014- Jaxtimer.
The Applicant respectfully requests a continuance of public hearing, scheduled for your
November 8th, 2023. This request is being made as the Applicants have been in continued
communications with the Building Commissioner regarding the issues raised in the
Building Commissioner’s Order, from which the pending appeal was taken. Additional
time is still necessary to complete those discussions, which may have an impact on this
appeal and a revised site plan may be necessary for resolution.
The Building Commissioner’s office is being copied on this request.
Accordingly, the Applicant would request that the matter be continued until your January
24th, 2024, meeting agenda.
