Zoning Board of Appeals No. 2023-010
Dear Board Members,
This letter is submitted on behalf of Arista Hyannis, LLC ("Arista"), my client and the
applicant in the above matter, requesting that the above-referenced public hearing be continued
to the ZoningBoard of Appeals' agendafor January 10'2024.
Since the last continuance request, we have been working with Town Staff to try to find a
date in November, December or January for an in-person hearing. Unfortunately, it appears that
this is not possible with the holidays, travel schedules and meeting room availability.
With the issuance of the final report from the Town's Peer Reviewer earlier this week, we
are now ready to resume the public hearing. Accordingly, although an in-person had been our
preference, giuen the aforementioned-scheduling conflicts, we understand that the next available
meeting is Wednesday, January l0,2024,viaZoom, and request that this matter be placed on
that agenda. We have asked Town Staff to also confirm that the Town's Peer Reviewer will be
available on that date.
Please let me know if you have any questions. Thank you very much.
Very truly yours,
ft'/rEtffi.ax*r--
