Hope its helpful. The centerline is the driveway edge that borders the easement strip to the south. Vegetation by stationing starting at beginning of Easement intersection behind 209 Bridge St. Station Starts at Easement and fence line before Bollards and ending at the boulder stone lined boat ramp (West to East) 0+17 feet from the easement line .............to the centerline of the walking path off the driveway. 17 to 27 feet .........Small sumacs to 15 feet; 27 to 32 feet …..open area requires mitigation vegetation; 32 feet to 52 feet the bollards … Rosa Rugosa, bitter sweet, autumn clematis, Virginia creeper, Rose of Sharon at the bollards 52 feet to 87 feet …..Rosa Rugosa mixed with Virginia creeper, (much) bittersweet 87 feet, to 117 feet… Mostly Virginia creeper 15% Rosa Rugosa 10% bittersweet 117 feet to 150 feet… Bayberry patch, with a little Virginia creeper and a ground wasp's nest; 150 feet to 174 feet...... and area for seating fire pit and anchored chairs comprises of little Rosa Rugosa (10%), mostly bittersweet.
