After discussion with Commissioner Florence, I have revised the proposed Condition for 19 and 29 Bearse Road as
follows:

The eight dwelling units shall be restricted to use for workforce rental housing for employees (and
their families) of the Property owner's businesses located in Barnstable. If the Property is proposed to
be conveyed or transfered so that the Property is no longer owned or controlled by the current owner
of the adjoining Audi dealership properties, then prior to any such transfer or conveyance, the
Property owner shall be required to seek a modification of the Variance.
