EXPOSED SOLAR PANELS on our beloved Church St scenic road !!!! When someone purchases a home on
Church St they must abide by the rules & regulations set forth by TOB and the Old Kings Highway !!!! We
understand that for building and renovating purposes there may be instances for an exception
HOWEVER in this case - EXPOSED SOLAR PANELS - DO NOT CONFORM TO SCENIC ROADS & SHOULD NOT
BE ALLOWED - PERIOD!!!!! Unlike our new neighbors at 260 Church St - whose property is lit up like
Christmas time 365 nights a year - for 33 years we have been paying outrageous electric bills & have
learned to conserve our electricity without Solar Panels - especially EXPOSED PANELS!!!
