Area Description (use additional paper, if necessary): An existing 3 bedroom dwelling, wooden deck, site improvements and an on-site sewage disposal system currently lie within the 50' buffer to a DEP and Barnstable defined Top of Coastal Bank. c. Work Description (use additional paper and/or provide plan(s) of work, if necessary): A Title V Septic System inspection has found that the existing septic system has failed and is in need of replacement. The submitted Site Plan shows a replacement system comprised of a 1,500 Gallon Septic Tank and 1,000 Gallon Pump chamber (which are to be located between the 50'-100' buffer to the Coastal Bank) and a proposed soil absorption system which is to be located outside of the 100' buffer to the Coastal Bank. The existing system is to be pumped and abandoned in accordance with the requirements of Title V. No other site improvements are proposed within this scope of work.
