home. There is absolutely no buffer from the street to the home and the roofline to assist in blocking
the proposed panels from being viewed from the road, or from across the street.
As Church St is a designated scenic road, we feel it would be much more appropriate for an installation
behind the home and hidden from view. From the photos presented in the application it appears there
is an expansive existing grass areas that may be suitable for a ground mount system or a combination of
ground and rear roof mount.
We would encourage any member of the committee who has not had the opportunity to view the site
to do so.
