Dear Board Members,
This letter is submitted on behalf of Arista Hyannis, LLC ("Arista"), my client and the
applicant in the above matter, requesting that the above-referenced public hearing be continued
to ttre ZoningBoard of Appeals' agenda for an in-person hearing on January 24r2024.
Since our last continuance request, the Planning Staff has been able to coordinate an in-
person meeting date on Wednesday, Jatt tary 24,2024,which works for our project team. As it
has been our collective goal to have the continued hearing in-person, we ask that the hearing
currently scheduled (remotely) for January 10,2024 be continued to the in-person meeting on
January 24,2024. We wish to express our appreciation to Genna and Anna for their efforts in
finding an in-person date and look forward to discussing the results of the completed Peer
Review with the Board at the continued hearing on the 24th.
