Dear Ms. Brigham and Members of the Zoning Board of Appeals,
I am writing to express my opposition to the application for a special permit for a
Wendy’s restaurant at the intersection of Pine Street and West Main Street,
Hyannis.
This location is directly across the street from the high school and right near a
quiet, residential neighborhood. Having a fast-food restaurant here will have a big,
negative impact on the area, due to increased traffic, noise, trash, and rodents!
An increase in traffic in this area would also be very dangerous, especially for the
high school students.
Please do not approve this application!
