Hi Anna,
I wish to OPPOSE the permitting of Wendy's at the former Santander Location.
I live on Holly Lane and travel Pine to West Main numerous times daily and can't believe the current volume of
traffic. Adding a fast food restaurant with below suggested minimum 'stacking' requirements is detrimental to
the area & neighborhood. The proposed exit onto Pine would be a disaster waiting to happen. Imagine turning
left onto Pine from West Main, and as you come around the corner you have a car blocking Pine trying to go
left. As well as cars 'stacking' out onto Pine. Not to mention the dangerous situation of students crossing West
Main St. I would appreciate it if the zoning board denies this request.
