Subject: Wendy's proposed W Main St location
Unfortunately I wasn’t”t able to attend last nights meeting for Wendy”s proposed new location. I do not think
it’s a good idea at all. First,the car stack is short and needs a variance. I know its only one short but its a very
small lot to begin with.
Secondly, Pine St and W Main is a busy intersection and even worse when BHS is in session. Do we really need to
make it worse for a burger and fries? Lastly, one can easily assume added traffic on Main St and Pine will increase
since people will take that route to avoid going Rte 28 to W Main. Sorry to Wendy’s but it’s just not a good fit. It
also changes the vibe of the area CAUTION:This email originated from outside of the Town of Barnstable! Do not
