Ms Anna Brigham,
We, Fred and Mattie White, homeowners at
98 Pine Street, Hyannis strongly oppose the placement of Wendy’s restaurant at the corner
of West Main Street and Pine Street, across from the Barnstable High School. Traffic
disruption would create an overbearing condition, which already exists. Property value in the
area will be affected as well as an increase of rodents.
