Subject: Wendy’s at Santander Bank, Centerville
Please take this to heart:
A Wendy’s fast food restaurant would be a most unwelcome element in our community.
I realize that it would be a financial benefit for Wendy’s, but from a community planning perspective, it is a
degrading factor visually as well as a major traffic concern. Main Street should not sustain the amount of traffic
with potential accidents. Garbage pollution is an additional unwanted factor. Please don’t cheapen our
community. Consider a lower use for that parcel.
