Dear Members of the Board:
This office represents Janet Holian Trustee of the Holian Family Realty Trust, owner of
240 Windswept Way, Osterville, Ma., the property which is the subject of this appeal.
I want to advise the Zoning Board that my client objects to the continuance request dated
January 17, 2024 filed by the counsel for the petitioners. I plan to be at next week’s
hearing to present that opposition.
The Building Commissioner’s office and petitioner’s counsel are copied on this request.
