Please see below comments from the Waterway’s Commi ee Mee ng, 01-23-2024
1. Jeanne D Barbieri Trust, 104 Great Bay Road, Osterville, MA 02655, Map
093/Parcel 011. Applicant proposes to permit a 131’ seasonal pier which
includes a 10’ ramp and 20’X10’ float for non-motorized vessels.
WWC and Harbormaster staff are in approval of the revised NOI, length of pier should not exceed 111’ and shall be
used for non-motorized vessels only.
