WinnDevelopment Company, LP - Request for Comments
On behalf of the Planning Board and in accordance with the Board’s Rules and Regulations, I am forwarding a
preliminary subdivision plan application for your review.
This preliminary subdivision application request was submitted by Beals and Thomas Inc. on behalf of
WinnDevelopment Company, LP, as shown on a plan entitled “307 Main Street Preliminary Plan, Barnstable
Massachusetts, Subdivision Number 828” dated January 23, 2024 (C1.0, C2.0 and C3.0 plans included).
The preliminary plan proposes to subdivide 307 Main Street, Hyannis, Assessors Map 327 as Parcel 103, into five
multi-family residential lots.
A review of the preliminary plan by the Planning Board will be held at Barnstable Town Hall, 367 Main Street,
Hyannis, MA, James H. Crocker, Jr., Hearing Room, 2nd Floor, on Monday, February 26, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. during a
regularly scheduled meeting of the Board. Please forward any recommendations or comments you may have to
