o Maintain and improve the quality and quantity of groundwater
o Strive for a long-term goal of achieving an untreated water supply
Marine Waters
o Protect and enhance the unique maritime character of working
harbors, coastal villages and other developed areas
o Limit development in high hazard areas
o Maintain and improve coastal water quality and habitat
