directly across the street from their home, and we are familiar with their property and the challenges
they have with an older property.
We believe their current proposal would significantly improve the character of their property and make
it more livable.
In addition, upgraded and modern facilities would allow Brad and Denise to have their entire family
enjoy their home at the same time.
We see only positive results for the Andersen’s and the town of Barnstable.
