Dear Sir or Madam:
Please be advised that I held a liquor license which expired on January 15,
2024 for the above-captioned establishment.
I am advised that there is a new tenant that wishes to take over the
establishment and is applying for a new liquor license.
It is hereby stated that I do not intend to renew my liquor license and I wish to
surrender said license.
