Regarding Bayridge Realty LLC appeal No. 2023-034
We are Robert and Sally Taverna, owners of 940 Old Stage Road Centerville since 1994.
We live in a residential area of single family homes and to add 4 detached buildings,
Parking areas and “other site improvements”, whatever that means is not conclusive
to our neighborhood of single family homes. The added traffic and noise level of the multi unit buildings this will bring
to Old Stage Road is not a welcoming thought. In recent years Old Stage Road has become a speedway so to add more
traffic is not a good thing.
Town of Barnstable we urge you to deny the permit for 900 Old Stage Road.
