Proof of submittal to NHESP missing. *Conservation Commission, please note that per 310 CMR 10.53(4)(a)3. the project is to be carried out in accordance with any time of year restrictions or other conditions recommended by the DFW. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: A Chapter 91 license may be required. This project proposes a discharge of dredged or fill material into “Waters of the United States” potentially subject to the federal Clean Water Act. Per the Massachusetts General Permit (MAGP) issued under the federal Clean Water Act, you may be required to notify the US Army Corps of Engineers, New England District of this project proposal.
