Dear Chairman Dewey and Members of the Board,
On behalf of NextGrid Orange LLC, the Applicant in the above referenced matter, I am
asking that Appeal No. 2024 -002, appealing Commissioner Florence's December 12,2023
determination, be continued this evening to either the March 27 ,2024 or the April 10,2024
ZoningBoard of Appeals' agenda. By way of explanation, I received a call this morning from
the Building Commissioner and, based on our telephone conversation, I am requesting the
continuance to enable my client and I the opportunity to meet with the Building Commissioner to
see if we can resolve the matter without needing to pursue the zoning appeal. I am copying the
Building Commissioner on this request.
