Larry D. Nickulas - Request for Comments
On behalf of the Planning Board and in accordance with the Board’s Rules and Regulations, I am forwarding a
preliminary subdivision plan application for your review.
This preliminary subdivision application request was submitted by Gallagher Engineering on behalf of Larry D.
Nickulas, as shown on a plan entitled “Preliminary Plan of Land on Old Stage Road and Parker Lane in Barnstable,
MA, Relocation of Parker Lane on Proposed Lots 1 and 2” dated 01-05-24 (Plan No. 1, Plan No. 2, and Plan No. 3).
The preliminary plan proposes to create two lots at Assessors Map 152 Parcel 006 and Map 152 Parcel 010 by
extending Parker Lane, a private way.
A review of the preliminary plan by the Planning Board will be held at Barnstable Town Hall, 367 Main Street,
Hyannis, MA, James H. Crocker, Jr., Hearing Room, 2nd Floor, on Monday, April 8, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. during a
regularly scheduled meeting of the Board. Please forward any recommendations or comments you may have to
