On Monday, November 13, 2023, received following email: “We would not likely have the information you are requesting. The location of disposed of materials was not part of the record retention in the 1980’s permits. It was not a question asked on the permits. You may be able to obtain information from the DEP regarding this. Hope this helps.” Sincerely, Sally Shea Principle Permit Tech/Compliance Assistant 6. We are adamantly requesting (demanding) a complete investigation regarding the “dumping and burying” of materials, including soil samples and analysis of the entire said area at 900 Old Stage Road Centerville, MA with all findings made public 7. On Thursday, November 9, 2023, called EVERSOURCE, reviewed said situation, we are requesting that Appeals subpoena any and all records pertaining to this situation, address is: Corporation Serv. Company 84 State Street Boston, Massachusetts 02109 telephone 1-800-927-9800 regarding “dumping and burying” of materials by Mr. J. Craig Medeiros, at said location, during 1986-1988 (Mr. Worthington from Cape & Vineyard Electric Company was informed & contacted Mr. J. Craig Medeiros several times regarding said situation) 8. We strongly. strongly disagree with Mr. Randy Hart regarding traffic, since our small area was developed in the late 1970’s (about 23 houses), several VERY large developments have been built off Old Stage Road namely, Pine Ridge Development (Nottingham Road, Prince Hinckley Road and Rolling Hitch Road) with OVER three hundred and fifty homes, not to mention the further end of Old Stage Road (off the highway) and the Service Road developments, Old Stage Road is constantly a “mini” highway with traffic entering and exiting Oak Street, Race Lane and the highway via old Exit Five 9. As stated earlier “our neighborhood” area consists of single-family homes, this proposed plan is definitely not in character with the surrounding environment 10. Collectively, including the “dumping and burying” of caustic material’s, environmental habitant, pollution, sewage, and traffic concerns this area should not be disturbed Thank you Respectfully, Mr. & Mrs. John & Jeanne Remmers
