Attached, as we discussed are some of the preliminary architectural elevations for the
Ludin house at 21 Scottsdale Road. As you can see, the addition will be a single story
with the ridgeline only slightly higher than the current ridgeline on that end of the house.
Because the new ridge runs perpendicular to the street, it reduces the visual impact to
your property.
Also attached is a town GIS topographic map of the Scottsdale Road area showing your
property in relation to the Ludin house. I have sketched in the Ludin’s addition. I believe
the visual impact of the addition will be minimal.
