Although a file # is being issued, please note the following:
Is vegetation management proposed in salt marsh as defined in 310 CMR
10.32(2) and/or bordering vegetated wetland as defined in 310 CMR 10.55(2)? If
so, WPA Form 3 Section B should be revised to quantify the Resource Area
impacts for the Conservation Commission's review. Also, a BRP WM04 License to
Apply Herbicides (https://www.mass.gov/how-to/wm-04-herbicide-application) will
be required for the phragmites treatment.
