Although a file # is being issued, please note the following:
Refer to Wetland program comments in Secretary certificate 16744 dated
10/2023: In order to meet the coastal dune performance standards, the
Department requires a 1:1 ratio of new impacts to restoration of degraded coastal
dune. The project appears to meet this requirement by restoring previously paved
parking areas.
Work should be performed in accordance with any Time of Year Restrictions as
determined by the MA Division Natural Heritage and Endangered Species.
