Subject:ZBA decision. Old Stage Rd 14 units

Would you please share the attached article with the ZBA members. A lot of similarities here regarding
single source aquifer and overusing our water. They seem to be selling us out in an attempt to reach an
unreachable goal. The only way they are going to find over 700 affordable units is to build a
massive housing project where all units are affordable. It’s just math. Taking 25% of new projects will
NEVER get to the goal.
I am investigating an appeal to their decision as I feel the multiple times this agenda item was continued
or rescheduled last minute without notification to concerned parties impacted resident input. As it
was, I had to rush down last minute when found that this was the only meeting of late that was NOT
available by zoom. I’m not sure if this was deliberate but certainly not in the best interest of those
opposed to this inappropriate project for this area.
