This preliminary subdivision application request was submitted by Coastal Engineering Company, Inc.(is now Tighe & Bond) on behalf of Grander Capital Partners, LLC, as shown on a plan entitled “Preliminary Sub Division Plan in Hyannis Massachusetts, Barnstable County - 201 Main Street Preliminary Sub- Division Plan, dated April 9, 2024” (G-101, V-101, C-101, and C-102) The preliminary plan proposes to subdivide 201 Main Street, Hyannis, Assessors Map 327 as Parcel 1 50, into three residential lots. A review of the preliminary plan by the Planning Board will be held at Barnstable Town Hall, 367 Main Street, Hyannis, MA, James H. Crocker, Jr., Hearing Room, 2 nd Floor , on Monday, April 22, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. during a regularly scheduled meeting of the Board. Please forward any recommendations or comments you may have to the Planning Board office prior to the hearing.
