1.CODE COMPLIANCE:
ALL WORK TO BE PERFORMED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE

2.STRUCTURAL SAFETY:
CONTRACTOR TO PROVIDE ADEQUATE TEMPORARY BRACING AND
SHORING WHENEVER ANY STRUCTURAL WORK IS INVOLVED.

IS ALLOWED EXCEPT AS SPECIFICALLY SHOWN ON THE

4. FIRE SAFETY:
ALL BUILDING MATERIALS STORED AT THE SITE SHALL BE
SECURED, IDENTIFIED, AND CONTROLLED BY THE GENERAL
CONTRACTOR.
ALL MATERIALS SHALL BE STORED IN A NEAT AND ORDERLY
FASHION.
ALL FLAMMABLE MATERIALS SHALL BE KEPT TIGHTLY SEALED IN
THEIR RESPECTIVE ORIGINAL CONTAINERS AND KEPT AWAY FROM
SOURCES OF HEAT AND OPEN FLAME.
FLAMMABLE MATERIALS SHALL BE USED AND STORED IN
ADEQUATELY VENTED AND VENTILATED AREAS.
ALL ELECTRICAL POWER EQUIPMENT TO BE SHUT-OFF WHENEVER
EXPOSED WIRE IS DETECTED.
ALL ELECTRICAL POWER EQUIPMENT SHALL BE SHUT-OFF DURING
NON-WORKING HOURS OTHER THAN AS REQUIRED FOR SECURITY
LIGHTING.
THE CONTRACTOR SHALL VERIFY AND REPAIR ANY LEAKAGE OF
NATURAL GAS FROM EXISTING AND PROPOSED NEW PIPING.
THE CONTRACTOR TO PROVIDE AND MAINTAIN (1) FIRE
EXTINGUISHER FOR EACH 5,000 SF OF EACH FLOOR OF THE WORK
AREA THROUGHOUT THE CONSTRUCTION PERIOD.

5. CONSTRUCTION OPERATIONS:
WILL BE AS SHOWN AND SHALL NOT CREATE DUST, DIRT, OR
OTHER SUCH INCONVENIENCE TO THE NEIGHBORS.
BUILDING MATERIALS, TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT SHALL BE KEPT
AWAY FROM ALL PUBLIC AREAS INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO
SIDEWALKS, AND STREETS.
CONSTRUCTION OPERATIONS MUST NOT INTERRUPT THE NORMAL
OPERATION OF HEAT, WATER, OR ELECTRICAL SERVICE TO OTHER
ABUTTERS EXCEPT WITH THE CONSENT FOR SHORT INTERVALS,
AND ONLY AFTER ADEQUATE ADVANCE NOTICE TO ALL AFFECTED.
CONSTRUCTION OPERATIONS WILL BE RESTRICTED TO NORMAL
WORKING HOURS, EXCEPT FOR LEGAL HOLIDAYS AND ANY
APPROVED AFTER-HOURS PERMITS.
NO ONE SHALL OCCUPY THESE SPACES DURING THE
CONSTRUCTION PERIOD.
